Starbike Was Completely Honest
Starbike was completely honest. The Ergotec handlebar that they claimed to have in stock was actually in stock. I have already owned two Ergotec handlebars, and I can assure you that I received the genuine article and not some counterfeit fake merchandise. I installed the handlebar and have been riding with it for days, and I repeat that it is the genuine Ergotec handlebar that I ordered, which handlebars I highly recommend, BTW. When Starbike said it would be shipped in 1-3 days it was actually in the hands of DHL in less than 2 days. The DHL tracking website functioned perfectly with regular status updates. When the package was handed off to USPS in NYC, both the DHL and USPS tracking websites continued to provide accurate updates, and at that point my package arrived in a mere 3 days anyway. The whole process from order to delivery took 17 days, which was longer than most would consider ideal, but more than half of that time was DHL getting the package from warehouse, through customs, into container, and onto the plane, and any delay had nothing whatsoever to do with Starbike. I additionally wish to point out that I was not led to believe that I was to expect some version of DHL express delivery service, and the honest communication at every step along the way contributed to a thoroughly satisfying experience. The Starbike product price was excellent, although the shipping was pretty pricey, but not horribly so considering that the package came from Germany to Eastern Massachusetts. I am very pleased and will happily do business with Starbike in the future whenever purchasing bicycle components that may be difficult for me to acquire locally here in the U.S. Starbike definitely gets "Five Stars " from me.

Habe bisher nur einmal hier Eingekauft,mein erster Eindruck ist aber Positiv . Die Vario Sattelstütze war bei starbike noch immer am günstigsten. Ob die Sattelstütze was taugt teste ich die nächsten 300 km. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und gut Verpackt. Daher gerne 5 Sterne

Ordered Ultegra 11 speed manual…
Ordered Ultegra 11 speed manual changers at what I thought would be a price that would save me money - I knew I’d get customs duty to pay as I’d ordered from EU before - the amount of UK duty I had to pay made the final cost more or less equal to what item would have cost in UK - but that’s not the sellers fault , seems duty rate has increased since my last EU order - but the items arrived within 6 days of ordering ( Germany to uk and held in customs for 24 hrs) so that was ideal - pure quality item I haven’t fitted yet as with all the internal cable routing it makes the job more or less a full day and the weather is too good at present not to loose a day riding the bike - thanks Starbike 👍
