I ordered the digital product 6 years ago. I reached out to them recently as I could not find my digital certificate. The customer service was very helpful and resent the certificate to me for no extra cost. I greatly appreciated this and would recommend this product to anyone.

A superstar company
Wanted to present a meaningful gift to two important people in my life and did that with the help of Star Register. Fantastic Customer Service provided. Love outlives every goodbye
I don’t think the people who work here will ever fully understand what they gave me. Some purchases come with a receipt. This one came with peace. When I reached out to ask if it was possible to place a newly registered star as close as possible to another star that was previously registered, I wasn’t asking because it sounded beautiful. I was asking because grief changes the way your mind works. The thought that two people I love so deeply were buried in different places has haunted me for years. There was something in me that couldn’t stop imagining them alone. I know a star registry cannot change what happened on Earth, but I hoped maybe it could give my heart somewhere else to rest. When I was told that it was possible that these two souls were able to be placed in the same constellation and as close together as possible, something inside me finally loosened. For the first time in a long time, I felt some relief. You could have treated my request like another order. Instead, you treated it like it came from a human being whose heart was breaking. Both these losses have been devastating.. That distinction matters. Trauma has a way of making you believe that people will overlook your pain because it’s too complicated, too heavy, or simply inconvenient. You did the exact opposite. You listened. You understood what I was really asking. You met me with kindness instead of procedure. You reminded me that compassion still exists. You didn’t just register two stars. You helped carry a piece of grief that I have been carrying by myself. I cannot adequately describe what that means to me. Thank you for seeing the person behind the order. Thank you for recognizing that love doesn’t end when someone dies. Thank you for helping me create a place where, in my heart, they are finally together. That is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. There is no question where I will register future stars. It will always be with you. Thank you for giving me something I genuinely believed grief had taken from me. A little more peace. These two kids left this world physically, but now time no longer limits them. My love needs somewhere to go and it went to Em and Bri-just like it always has for the last 10 years. With love and light, Jersey
