Refund procedure with no progress
My experience with Starzino has been extremely disappointing. Over a relatively short period, I made approximately 127 deposits, with around 120 deposits within just 3–4 weeks, amounting to approximately €25,000. During this time, I continued to receive VIP communication and promotional emails encouraging further deposits. Only afterwards was my account blocked, and I was informed that my case had been referred to the Compliance Department. I was also told that a refund procedure had been initiated. Despite this, I have now been waiting for several months without receiving any meaningful update or decision. What concerns me most is the lack of communication. I have sent multiple emails requesting updates and have contacted live chat several times. Each time I am told that my case has been forwarded or that a note has been added, but no one can provide any information, no one can transfer me to the Compliance Department, and no one can give me an estimated timeframe. As a customer, I expect transparency and timely communication, especially when a significant amount of money is involved and a refund procedure has already been confirmed. At this stage, I am still waiting for a proper response and a resolution. I hope Starzino will take responsibility by communicating clearly and concluding this matter fairly.

Biggest scam in the world!
Biggest scam in the world! DONT PLAY HERE! Still no response to my emails. The agreed refund still has not been paid. I will publish a settlement I had with the casino. Seems all casinos from this operator are Fraud! AVOID PLAYING HERE!!! They will never pay your money!

25: waiting for 1 more should be in today in 30 min +\- 24: they paid 2 withdrawals (7,5k) waiting for one more adjusting the stars also to 5. 24: still pending, talked to the live chat from the 3, 2 of them should finish the check and the other 1 tommorow . ( probs KYC request ) For now Its a good casino. I won arround 10k now I am busy with a payout. I play online casino’s and post reviews if its legit or not. I know it can take a couple of days. I Will keep updating what is going on. Most players dont have patience and do rollback and lose everything. I’ve been using Starzino for a little…
I’ve been using Starzino for a little while now. The games are fun and there’s a good variety to choose from, and I did eventually get my withdrawal processed. However, it took longer than expected and I had to sort out a few verification steps that weren’t clearly explained at first. Support was polite but slow to respond at times. Overall, it’s okay — not perfect, but not terrible either.
