They just don’t read.
I have asked for another size because the one I’ve ordered was a little too small. After some back and forth email they keep saying that they’re sorry about my unhappiness but as they said : “ But we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard.“. That’s not what I’ve said so I answered that I like the product but it’s the wrong size and I want my money back or the good size ring. They just stopped responding. They did not read the emails or what I’ve said to them. They just keep apologising and offers 1USD as compensation because sending back the ring would take a long time and was not they’re advise.

We paid £39 for a Halloween wolf mask when it arrived the quality was shocking. Looked nothing the picture. I asked to return they want me to send back to China with no return label. Seems like a con to me as they know people won't pay nearly £15 for postage! Avoid

Buyer Beware - I had no idea I was dealing with a Chinese company. The product I purchased, Opal Wall Vessel, was pictured as a quality polished nickle plated solid brass—well crafted, nicely finished—presumably a $60 item on sale for $35. What arrived looks and feels like dull aluminum, very poorly designed and crafted—something I wouldn’t pay $1 at a yardsale—in no way resembles the photo in the catalog. When I reached out to customer service, I was directed to a Chinese contact—who nicely said they were sorry I was not happy with the product and would give me a full refund as soon as they received the returned item. It would cost me $75 to return the item.

The site makes you feel like your purchase is here in the US. Payment goes thru as from Ireland and I could never see the actual invoice. The $13.99 special is offered for necklace but by the time you go to check out expedited shipping is $6.99 and automatically added to bill. By the time you check out the $13.99 is now $27.77. Buy with caution.

False advertising, product not as good
The advertisement on Pinterest shows something of much better quality than the actual product. I came to and found mostly positive reviews and a confirmation it was a bona fide company. I did receive a product but it wasn't the same or even the same size as the advert. Avoid.
