Customer service excellent, but unsafe driving
The overall service and response by customer care was perfect and the taxi came on time, which I really appreciate, but I cannot brush off the feeling that me and my family's life got endangered because of unsafe driving, which is most important and that's why I am going to leave a low rating. The driver drove 100 under tunnel where it was limited to 50. He stepped on gas when he should've stepped on break in turns and similar. It was also a very rainy wheather which made it even more risky. The driver's car also got turned off because he did not leave an appropriate gap.

Staxi is Unprofessional and Unreliable! Everything seems to be perfect when Booking. Easy Booking service and a whatsapp comfirmation. But they cancelled my reservation for an airport pickup in NL for my family of 5 one day before the agreed date claiming not to have a driver. On the last day of our vacation while abroad you just get a text message. I complaint but they said they have no solution and I had to look for a solution myself. After my experience I read the reviews to find out more customers receive an unexpected cancellation. So this looks more like Company policy! Please change your information on your website and dont claim to be a professional and reliable organisation it is truly appalling to mislead customers like this in this day and age! Yes I received my money back and a functional apology but as you cancell one day before without a proper days of notice and leave it up to customers to find a solution well you should compensate so much more for not holding to your part of the delivery. Shame on you!
