I would never book with these people…
I would never book with these people again. Due to bad weather my flight to Turkey was cancelled. I contacted the hotel directly booked through these guys and the hotel agreed to change my dates and refund me £100 for the date difference. I informed SFL and they were happy to change the date their end. Since then I have not recieved a refund. Its been two months! They are illegally holding funds they have no right to have. They keep telling me their finance team is looking into it. In 2026 is there any reason on earth good enough to be holding onto someone's money for two months?? They are the worst and I wont be tricked into buying from them again.

Stayforless is a scam, don't ever use!!
If you hear about this company, don't Walk away... Run! Someone at BBB needs to shut them down before they scam anyone else for fifty bucks here, twenty bucks there.and two hundred bucks up there u know what. Took My money and several days of my life I can't get. Back.

Horrible site. False advertisement
Horrible site. False advertisement at its best. I booked a room and I have no issue with my room or the Hotel. That part was great, but this travel site is -10. They charged me for the room plus all the taxes so they say, but then the hotel charged me too. I called the hotel and they said some sites like this one doesn't really charge everything so you end up with a second charge from the hotel for the real taxes. I paid $53 to the site and was charged an additional $40.33 from the hotel. Totaling almost a hundred dollars. Will never use a foreign agency again. Complete unacceptable and deceiving.

Scam
Booked a room, Stayforless used a 3rd party to book the room. The 3rd party did not supply the hotel with the funds, the hotel called said 3rd party multiple times and could not resolve the payment so they sent a cancelation request. I had to pay for the room a second time. Called stayforless for a refund and it has been 4 weeks, still nothing. I should have just disputed the charge to begin with.
