I had an issue with the Avante Shopify theme and contacted Staylime support for help. Diana took the time to check my store directly, explain what was causing the issue, and provide a clear Custom CSS solution that matched exactly what I wanted to achieve. The responses were detailed, easy to follow, and genuinely useful rather than generic troubleshooting advice. The team at Staylime are genuinely the best. I’ve been using their Avante theme team for the past three years, and it is quite literally the best Shopify theme experience I’ve had. Not only is it incredibly versatile, but it is also sleek, highly responsive, and delivers excellent loading speed. The visual presentation is outstanding, our product images truly pop, which is especially important for a fashion brand. Beyond the theme itself, the team is exceptional. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Diana, who has been consistently patient, knowledgeable, and extremely fast at resolving any issues. The entire team has a strong “can-do” attitude and always provides practical solutions. They are also able to develop custom functions at very reasonable rates, which has been a huge advantage for us. Our experience with Staylime has been more than five stars. If you’re considering them for your next project, don’t overthink it, they are genuinely one of the best teams we’ve worked with.
