Silencing of neutral criticism
Banning many people from their DC for asking simple questions like "Will. The physic system be improved?", marking and mocking such questions as "trolls". Company seems to take the hammer approach when dealing with PR. Note: I accidentally deleted my original review due to a misclick on my phone.

Charged me 3 times for one-time service
I purchased services for their game, however, they charged my credit card 3 times. When I attempted to charge back the extra payments for the same one-time service, they then terminated my account and fought the charge back. I used their services in the past without issue, but something in management has changed for the worse this year. Absolutely unacceptable.

Narcissistic Developers and Moderators
I helped develop Steel Aces without pay and they ridiculed me, disrespected me and banned me from their servers and blocked my Discord all for ASKING QUESTIONS! Do not work with them! They gaslight everybody and play victim as well, and the ban message is "hey chems, enjoy the ban!" talk about a power trip!
