I ordered a blue-beaded crossbody phone…
I ordered a blue-beaded crossbody phone strap. It looks great, but after wearing it a few times, the small ring attachment that connects the beads to the phone attachment opened up. It's very flimsy and the strap is no longer usable. I reached out to the company to ask if they could send me a replacement for this part and they said the couldn't. In fact they didn't offer help in anyway. Very disappointing, especially given the price.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to…
I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering! Very expensive poor quality product. I paid £35 for a phone strap that lasted less than 6 weeks before breaking and meaning I lost the strap. Apparently because I am outside of the refund period they won’t replace. Customer service also very poor (I suspect AI) Shipping to the UK also very slow. Spend your money elsewhere

Paid $68 for this expecting real
Paid $68 for this expecting real, handcrafted quality, but up close, the beads look molded and unfinished, not hand-carved like the listing claims. For something you wear every day and attach to your phone, I expected it to feel solid, not cheap. When I raised the “handmade” concern with customer service, all I got back was a generic “return it if you want” -no real answer. I earned that $68, and I don’t think this is what it was marketed to be. Just want other buyers to look closely before trusting the price tag.

Poor Quality & Poor Customer Service
I ordered a stone strap from Sticky Zoo in June of 2026. I used it for less than 2 months before it snapped and the beads/stones went scattering across my floor (not great with a baby around...). Their website says their straps won't snap or fray so I emailed customer service asking if there was anything they could do for me. They wrote back saying that unfortunately they could not offer me a refund or even a replacement strap as it was "outside of their replacement window." My $70 strap lasted literally 70 days- the cost per use is abysmal. I would not buy from here if you want a quality product.
