I have ADHD and I really struggle to stop my mind being so busy. What I love about these colouring books is that I dont have to worry about what colours to use. They really help me to wind down in the evening. Thank you

Simple
The picture broken down into small bits means you can do as little or much as you want and the fact it’s done in one colour removes any pressure of deciding which colours to use. I’m loving it.

I'm absolutely loving these Still and…Slow Books
I'm absolutely loving these Still and Slow books. I'm about to have hip replacement surgery in a couple of weeks and I'm so scared, but sitting quietly and coloring helps keep me calm and keeps my mind off of what is ahead. This is the best way for me to keep calm and connected. Thank you for your products!!

I find these books fantastic
I find these books fantastic. I love that there is no time wasted thinking about what colour next. A single colour choice and sit down - and bliss. The brain goes quiet. The heart calms down. The breathing goes deeper and slower. Any time of day or night.
