Waited for order 7 months after chasing…
Waited for order 7 months after chasing them. Do Not Buy! Once i opened packaging parts of clothes started to fall from the box.. when i put them on they looked nothing like on the pictures and the material feels like the cheapest even though the items are not so cheap! Unfortunately have to throw to the rubbish bin as its shameful to even give this stuff to somebody else.. waisted £200..

Terrible. You won’t ever receive a thing.
Terrible, absolutely terrible communication and customer support. I order a jacket in January of 2026, it is now August 20th, 2026 with no update on the order. I have emailed multiple times and was given a tracking number on July 30th, 2026 that had not been updated since July 15th, 2026 and still no movement. It’s a scam, would not recommend this site to ANYONE.

Good quality and customer service but bad complaint management and wait.
The quality of the peices are great. Although their older peices feel a lot nicer and the new ones a bit cheaper and dulled. Wait is long, be prepared for about a year if you get unlucky especially in the US. The peices themselves are honestly nicely made but you do have to care for them. If you want to change sizes immidietly customer service is pretty decent. But if there are any issues they get flaky and will offer 5 dollar refunds on 130 dollar plus items when it is literally missing peices.

Quality Clothing always!
I have bought several clothes from Stitch Spring and it has always been top notch quality. The customer service has always been super helpful when it comes to questions or general production timeline. For real you can’t go wrong with the quality of Stitch Spring.
