If I could give zero stars I would, disgusting customer service, completely predatory tactics to get money from you whilst making it impossible to cancel. Horrible horrible company

Arbitrariness that I simply cannot accept.
I have been an Adobe Stock Contributor since 2016 and have never had a single problem with my account. I have also been using Adobe software and Creative Cloud subscriptions for many years. My Adobe Stock portfolio contains 18,679 video files. Under normal circumstances, I make sales continuously — usually every day or at least every few days. On July 23, 2026, my Contributor account was suddenly deactivated — without any warning or explanation. Only and first after submitting an appeal was my account reinstated. Adobe told me that my account had initially been blocked because of “highly irregular sales activity” and that they had deducted the corresponding credits from my account. However, I still have no idea which sales were supposedly irregular, when they occurred or what specific amount was affected. I have never manipulated sales or generated artificial downloads. My sales pattern has been largely consistent for years. Of course, it can happen that a customer suddenly licenses 10, 20 or 30 files from the same genre for a particular project. As a contributor, I have absolutely no control over who buys my files or how many they purchase. During the suspension, my entire portfolio appeared to be offline. Consequently, I had no sales and no corresponding income for weeks. After my account was reinstated, all 18,679 files still appear to be present in my Contributor Panel. However, my portfolio is still practically invisible to the public. I cannot find my own files through the normal Adobe Stock search, and my public profile currently shows only two files. I contacted Adobe Support several times and received little more than case numbers and automated responses for weeks. Only after contacting Adobe publicly on X was I finally directed to the official appeal process. My current case number is ADB-46319971-M0C7. This situation is particularly serious for me financially. I am a full-time, long-term traveler, I gave up my previous life in Germany and approximately one quarter of our travel budget comes from my Adobe Stock income. Even a few hundred dollars therefore make a significant difference to me. I am not asking for special treatment. After almost ten years as a Contributor, with almost 19.000 video files and a long-standing business relationship with Adobe, I simply expect a reasonable explanation: What exactly was the alleged “highly irregular sales activity” and why is my portfolio still not publicly available after my account has supposedly been reinstated? Conclusion I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way Adobe has handled this situation. Taking a long-standing Contributor with almost 19,000 video files offline without warning, providing virtually no explanation for weeks and then giving only vague information is simply not acceptable to me. This kind of treatment seriously undermines my confidence in Adobe and makes me think twice about continuing to build my business on the platform. This is simply not how a long-term business partner should treat its Contributors.

Absolute garbage system and zero support Their review system is completely broken. Whether it's a glitchy automated filter or just a clueless, petty reviewer, they repeatedly flagged my 100% real, original photography that I staged and shot myself as generative AI, slapping baseless warning banners on it. Meanwhile, I have submitted my work to other stock photo platforms and they had zero problems accepting my photography—it is exclusively this website and its garbage screening process causing issues. When you try to deal with them, you hit dead-end no-reply emails. Total waste of time for real creators. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this platform.

I rather do this in English otherwise I would curse the shit out of this scam. There is no offer. Only a fine when you want to cancel the sneaky membership you get. Being a Adobe member for years.. now this. Assholes.

Abobe Stock war wirklich schon mal besser….
Leider ist Abobe Stock nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Auch preislich - ganz schön angezogen! Am meisten ärgert mich aber, das inzwischen wirklich schlechte Suchergebnis! Was einem da hingeworfen wird, hat nix mit der Vorgabe zu tun. Sollte mal der englische KI mitgeteilt werden… Ja, meisten suche ich jetzt in Englisch. Service ist das bei dem Preis aber kein guter... Auch die Massen an KI generierten Bilder - schalte ich in der Suche zwar aus - nerven.
