Paid $27 for shipping on my order of…
Paid $27 for shipping on my order of one item over 1 month ago and the item still hasn’t shipped. After 2 weeks I reached out to their support and was informed my order would ship after the World Cup final. Still hasn’t shipped and support has been unresponsive. I ordered a replica ticket like it’s a piece of paper how much time do they need to print it. From now on I’m only buying fake fifa merch. DH Gate and AliExpress ship faster than fifa.

Broken merchandise
Order merchandise which I received in June. Mascot trophy arrived broken, and I emailed enclosing photos. I'd to chase up, they gave me option of replacement or refund to which I replied to replace.... That was 2 weeks ago. Currently sitting with broken merchandise costing just over £100, and a customs charge ! Quick to waiver football rules; during tournaments and charge a fortune for tickets, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired!

Buyer beware!!
Buyer beware!!! DO NOT buy Merch with them! I bought a $$$ LA host jersey from them, and when I received it, it was the size of a tent. I tried to return it -- and did -- but they claim I never used the label to send it back (I did use their label) and that it is "too late" to get a refund. I made the refund inquiry the same day I received the shirt. They basically stole $400 from me to fatten their coffers -- NEVER AGAIN! I planned to attend the 2030 World Cup, but due to the principle of how they have handled this, I do not want to give these thieves another dime!!!

If there’s a zero score
If there’s a zero score, this is what they deserve to get. I bought the Host t shirt, a jersey and a USA scarf. Shipment took too long and when it arrived, I’m missing the scarf. Called them more than 20x but no answer. Emailed them lots of times and responses were escalated to the supervisor but no resolution to the issue. Asked them for refund but no answer! Don’t waste your hard earned money on this trashy FIFA store!
