The aluminum base broke so I notified Haworth. They denied the warranty claim since I upgraded the castor from the original castor. When I asked where I can buy a replacement base they told me to contact a local Haworth dealer. All my calls went straight to voice for an entire week and never a call back. You spend over $1,500 for an office chair and you expect some type of customer support. This is no different than buying it from China. I kind of expected more from a US based company. Disappointing. I posted in Reddit to get support and David from Crandall Office Furniture offered me a replacement base, as his company specialize in refurbishment of high-end chairs. Next time I recommend buying from Crandall Office Furniture, for customer service and a discounted chair. Haworth is overpriced and overhyped: (1) The seat cushion is hard as a brick. I thought it was going to break-in and get soft, but that was not the case. (2) There is no head support, so I had to spend another couple hundred to buy one from Atlas. (3) The arm-rest is flimsy and cheap, as it rattles and doesn't hold in place. I finally just took it off. (4) The slide adjustment for the lumber support doesn't hold in place, so no lumber support. I had to buy a back cushion. (5) The bottom base that connects to the casters. As I mentioned above, it broke, so paying extra for the aluminum base provided no value. (6) Don't expect customer service to show any appreciation or provide value to their customers. You are just a 1-time purchase to them. They spent money on marketing for people to overhype this chair as an S-chair. So they don't care what you think.

Me and my sister and mum went to haworth on a coach trip it was beautiful eveybody where lovely the people in the shops are delightful we went to the bronte family lived . It was lovely and i think kids should learn about them it waes amazing

Schuhe bestellt sahen aus wie Birkenstock. Es kommt etwas billiges Qualität ungenügend an.Will man zurückgeben, kommt man mit %, nach der zweiten Ablehnung wird darauf hingewiesen dass man ins Lager nach China schicken muss und die Kosten den Wert übersteigen. FINGER weg!!!!!+

Stuhl defekt geliefert und langsamer Kundenservice
Stuhl wurde defekt geliefert, was bei der mangelnden Befestigung im Karton kein Wunder war. Nach sehr langsamem hin und her mit dem "Kundenservice" (in Anführungszeichen) wurde der Stuhl zurückgeschickt und nun erhalte ich seit 3 Wochen keine Rückerstattung...

Take the money but don't deliver
Take the money but don't deliver. I bought a chair, they charge you on the spot. You don't hear anything for couple of weeks (rather than the 5 days they promise to deliver) and when you ask after two weeks they ask you for the order number. Very poor experience.
