Broken product, bad customer support
I ordered a huion inspiroy 2L and when I received it I already had problems with the pen and tablet because of faulty hardware. I opened a ticket hoping to resolve it, but after giving advice that didn't work the support kept making me jump through hoops to prove that the product was indeed faulty. Because I was foolish enough to jump through those hoops I missed my refund window. At the moment of writing I am 4 weeks further since my first ticket, and still have faulty hardware which Huion won't accept the proof off. Instead they demand yet another video capture

I purchased a tablet
I purchased a tablet , they charged me but I never received a tablet!!! I sent numerous emails and call the customer service number and always get a recorded message. This company is trash. Very disappointed.

Excellence in service
I've had the pleasure of working with Fiona in the customer service group for a Kamvas Pro that had stopped working. It was a gift and I had no receipt for it as it was from my grandmother.. it was important to me because it's the last thing that she gifted me before she passed away. Using the serial number Fiona went above and beyond and contacted Amazon and found out the manufacturing date and realized it was still under warranty. Having read terrible things about the customer service I was nervous about calling Huion but Fiona made everything like a dream. She was kind efficient and went above and beyond the call of duty, in my opinion . I knew as soon as I contacted her and got her first reply that I was in the best of hands to have my problem resolved.. Although the process was very lengthy and time-consuming she has now resolved it! I chose to upgrade my product and I'm currently awaiting my new tablet. I want to thank Fiona! Good customer service is hard to find lately and she made this experience so much easier than I ever expected. It's reps like Fiona that create loyal, return customers! If you could clone her I would highly suggest it!

How to successfully secure Customers
I was so angry. My sis bought a tablet for my niece for her birthday. The tablet broke in the first few months, and of course my sister didn't keep any paperwork... I contacted the company for the parts I saw had malfunctioned. They said they do not usually sell parts. Fiona, a wonderful CSR for Huion™, refused to give up. She escalated the case and found a compromise solution with admin approval, and they have completely satisfied us. I mean "Above & Beyond". With great CSR like this and a super accommodating, customer-first business model, they have secured a customer for a very long time. As a Developer and PC repair guy, that will hopefully lead to volumes of business for them.
