Support is terrible.
I really like Oscar's merch, but unfortunately, one of the three items I ordered was incorrect. I emailed their support several times but haven't received a response. The website states that if there's a product error, you must discuss the matter within 7 days. It's a shame that even though I emailed them immediately, that time has already passed. For the price of the product and shipping, support should be more organized.

Disappointing..
It is disappointing to be leaving a poor review after really liking the product. In brief, having spent £75 on clothing, plus £10 delivery, I needed to exchange an item. I was unaware the exchange would cost £16 to be posted, then an additional £10 postage for the replacement item. While annoying, it was accepted. However, the main reason for the poor review is that the refund for the initial items had £15 deducted from the refund for no reason. I raised a complaint twice and have had no response. It's such a shame to be left feeling so negative when it could easily be positive.

Slow delivery, difficult to contact and not very helpful.
We purchased a hoodie from this store, we paid extra for express delivery of 1-3 days, however after 1 week the package had not arrived, I contacted the store on many occasions which they didn't respond, when I sent an email threatening to do a chargeback, they finally responded blaming new customs processes and UPS. Upon further investigation we found that the parcel was sent via UPS™ Economy DDP and not the Express delivery service which we paid £19.99 for. The store, according to UPS, didn't include all the required invoices to allow the package to clear customs so it sat there for around a week, with us chasing the store on a daily basis. Every time we received an email from the store they were adamant that this was not their problem and it was someone else's, namely UPS, they were not willing to accept any responsibility although the only thing they did do which was positive was to refund the shipping, but we expected that because they didn’t ship it using the service we paid for anyway. Please beware, from our experience they lie and charge customers for a service they are not providing and are very very difficult to get hold of.
