I bought 2 AC units and neither one is…
I bought 2 AC units and neither one is what was advertised. They make it look like the units were large when in fact they are very small. Neither unit blew out any air at all. I guess that's why they are so quiet. Do Not buy anything from Straight Commerce Inc. they will cheat you.

This company is a JOKE please do not…
This company is a JOKE please do not purchase anything from them. The product I purchased stated "30 Day Guarantee". I guess this means something totally different to this company than it does to me. I have been run around for 3 to 4 weeks offering partial refunds even though I specifically stated in 1st communication with them that I wanted to return the item and receive a full refund. They finally agreed and told me there would be a $5 restocking fee and $12.95 shipping fee removed from my refund and gave me an address to return the product to. I have since told them if you are charging a shipping fee than I want a shipping label. Haven't heard back yet.....doubtful I will.

Horrid experience
Horrid experience. WiFi extender that doesn’t work. Feels lighter than a normal plug, clearly just a bit of plastic. Spent over a month trying to get a refund. Emailing addresses that don’t exist for me to send the product back to. I expect them to say ‘lost in transit’ and deny a refund. Awful company that is probably a scam, should have researched more in depth.

Returned product per their instructions. Was notified by USPS that returned was received but never received refund. Would not recommend anyone purchase products from this company.

I can sum up this company in one…
I can sum up this company in one word,SCAMMERS. I ordered a wifi extender and tried to cancel the order the same day. No response! About a week later told by email cancellation no possible item dispatched. Item arrived 10 days after ordering with no return address, invoice, nothing just the item that's selling on eBay for a fraction of the price. I'm still trying to return the item but just getting word salad emails from what I believe to be fictional people. Avoid this company however they do seem to have many different email addresses. I paid with PayPal thinking they may help, forget it, didn't want to know.
