I am so disappointed with this company
I am so disappointed with this company. Their customer service when you have an issue is really poor. Whilst your teeth do straighten the final outcome compared to ac actual orthodontist is really poor. After care is terrible and relapse happen almost immediately. The moulding process is also a scam if you dont get it right and if your trying to get support after a relapse dont bother they'll scam you for just as much money as the original cost. I would advise anyone whilst the process and cost may seem a benefit in the long run its just not worth it.

I was recommended by a friend, and the whole process has been really easy and straightforward. I can’t believe the difference, the result is fantastic and I feel so much more confident when I smile! Would recommend to anyone.

After using this company in 2021-2023…
After using this company in 2021-2023 and being incredibly frustrated by how they deal with things. The copy and paste responses and lack of care made me go to a real dentist and pay for real Invisalign and the difference is night and day. I should have known the price would reflect the service from this company.

I was blocked for requesting better…
I was blocked for requesting better quality products and the products I ordered. I said I was going to report the issue and post a online review. They thought this was a "threat" and blocked me instead of sending the products I ordered before. Just so you know. Its a lifetime subscription. They dont tell you this at first. Its crappy quality retainers and I have swallowed a lot of plastic. Hopefully I dont get cancer from this.
