Poor quality product- worse service
Poor quality product, worse service. I purchased a watch band and wasn't happy with it so they told me to ship it back, which I did. I track it as delivered to them but they claim they don't have it. Don't risk doing business with these guys.

Cancel ORDER SC147531 never get money back !!! Strapcode didn’t even bother to come back and say how many days take to get money back. Waste of time ordering with them

Premium price
Premium price, poor quality. Strapcode charges premium prices but delivers mediocre products and poor quality control. My bracelet has extremely sharp inner edges that scratch the wrist. Other buyers have reported the same issue on their website. Customer service refuses to take responsibility for this systemic factory defect. Save your money and look for better alternatives like WatchGecko.

This business is a scam, buy at your own risk
Everything from the product that I received to the customer service from this company has been horrible. I highly advise any customer to stay away. I bought their jubilee bracelet for my Orient Kamasu watch. For the price that they charge for their bracelet, I don't think the quality of the bracelet justifies the price point. On top of that, the bracelet did not fit my watch due to manufacturing error. I started a return for my order and the customer service provider I was connected with was named Katrina. I told Katrina that I wanted a refund for my order due to the defective fitting of the bracelet. Katrina requested photos for proof and I submitted them. Each time I would submit these photos, she would always give an excuse of why she can't see them and would make me send them again in another format. She would also reply back very slowly as she only respond with one email per day, making the return process much longer than necessary. I could not help but have a gut feeling that Katrina and her company Strapcode are pulling out every trick in their sleeve to prevent me from having a refund for my order. When I finally got Katrina to give me the information and instructions to proceed with the refund process, I shipped out my return item via FedEx to their New Jersey return warehouse. I have proof with a tracking number and an employee signature that the return item was indeed given back to them. However, after further more delays, they gave me more excuses on why they could not process a refund for my return. At this point, they have basically committed theft from their customer and I had to get my credit card company involved. To those who are thinking of buying from Strapcode, I highly urge you to reconsider. Their products are really not that much better for the price point that they sell at. And if something was to go wrong with your order, they will make the return process so difficult for you, it will make you regret buying from them in the first place.
