Apparemment c'est une application pour l'élite, on ne peut rien faire sans devoir payer et très cher en plus. Excusez nous d’être pauvres. C'est pas grave il y a d’autre application tout aussi bien et prévu "aussi " pour nous "gueux"

After being a paid member for a year and using the app faithfully for over three years, I'm now unfortunately going to have to delete it! All because I gave a member a compliment. We are in a really sad place right now if this is what constitutes 'harassment.' "Thanks for writing in. After review, we have determined the following content you posted to Strava violated our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of our Terms of Service CONTENT: "Hockey legs make great bike legs. Beautiful too:)" Those policies prohibit publishing, transmitting, distributing, or storing content, material, information or data that violates any of the Acceptable Use Policy sections, including but not limited to: Harassment Strava’s policies prohibit any content or behavior that violates any section of the Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to: Personal attacks targeting someone with insults, profanity, offensive language, unwanted sexualization, or any other malicious acts. If I could give Strava zero stars, I would. Once you log out of the app, for whatever reason, it becomes an absolute nightmare trying to get back in. You have to wait for a verification code, which can arrive at any time up to 3 days and then you have just five minutes to use it. How is that supposed to work when you're out cycling, potentially at high speed, and simply trying to access your account? To make matters worse, none of the codes I received actually worked. And rather than making things easier and helping customers, the support process seems to make the whole situation even more frustrating. For an app that is supposed to support people's health, fitness and mental wellbeing, this is incredibly disappointing. My advice would be: look at alternative apps that actually value their customers and provide proper support when things go wrong. Strava seriously needs to rethink its login system and its customer service.

Betalte for et abonnement, som aldrig blev aktiveret på min konto. Har skrevet flere gange uden at få fat i et rigtigt menneske. Kun automatiske svar. Man betaler for en ydelse, man ikke får, og der er ingen at tale med om det. Elendig kundeservice.

I'd been training very hard and made a special trip to the mountains where I planned to gather some baseline stats at altitude. The app stopped working and I missed out on the data I'd been hoping to get. Two weeks later no response from support, not even to acknowledge my initial email. I can't rely on Strava. My companion who pays for the app had a completely different error, and was also unable to track himself! He didn't contact support he just cancelled his subscription. Strava is basically useless seeing as you can't rely on it. If you're at the point where you're number-crunching your fitness my experience is that you need something else. I wonder if they outsourced to AI or cheaper developers?
