Worst company I’ve worked with
The fact I have to give this a star is a disrespect to the companies that earned the star. Legitimately one of the worst companies you could deal with. Stream elements and their other product “grabtap” have the worst customer support ever. If you have any issues you will never get in contact with anybody through their chatbot or email. I have done many campaigns over a month ago and I have still yet to see any payments even though everything is fully setup. And grabtap also is supposed to send you the gift card of ur choice in “6 days” it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten anything but “processing” . Only if maybe their chatbot wasn’t made to redirect customers with issues away then I’d be able to get this fixed. But no this is actually beyond unbearable experience with any company. Edit: I also forgot to mention that after the first few campaigns so many people’s downloads were not getting counted and slowly got worse and worse. it’s absolutely disgusting this company is even afloat. And don’t misunderstand this rating. IVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY MONEY. So if I end up being told I’m NOT getting the money I was told I met the requirements for then I will be coming back here to let you know.

Moving our roster to Stream Elements…
Moving our roster to Stream Elements cloud-based alerts solved a ton of issue. We instantly saw CPU usage drop, stopping frame drops during big sub trains. The merch integration is solid, though I will say the default tipping page UI is pretty clunky and requires some custom CSS to look good. Still, a mandatory tool if your creators are pushing past 500 CCV.

GROUND CONTROL impossible de connecter le tchat Twitch depuis 6 mois et ce sur 6 pc déferrent la page qui est sensée s'ouvrirent ce ferme toute seul et tu la dans le fion utiliser un autre que streamelement vue que rien sera fait pour que sa marche bien dommage il aurais pu faire un truc bien

We miss plenty of the reward promised
I made 3 campaigns with Streamelements. The first one was a bit of a disaster as I was missing plenty of rewards. I had many of my players who did not count into the $ objective. Nevertheless, after taking hours to count every single $ missing, the support team added it to my total. Great waste of time, but problem was solve. So I decided to do a second campaign, which went well. Maybe my first experience was just bad luck, but things started to go awful on the 3rd campaign. As soon as I started it, I saw players not counting in my objectives. So I contacted support team which told me "don't worry, if they are missing we'll add it after the campaign is over". The campaign lasted 1 month, so my players spent the month grinding the game to support me. After the campaign was over, I asked the support to add all the missing events, TOTAL 18 MISSINGS ! They told me they couldn't do it and offered me to had "1 event" "hoping it would solve the issue". I told them it was totally inacceptable and they answer me that they couldn't add the events as they did not match the criteria, criteria being "first account and first time player", which was of course the case. After that, the support simply refused to answer me. In a nut shell, their soft is not working correctly, you have to spend plenty of time to try to recover the money they don't give you, and it can result in a massive lost of time for everyone that support your work.
