gros défaut d'un banc
commande d' un banc original flat bench, avec un gros défaut qui le rend non conforme et inutilisable!! les 3 pattes pour fixer le banc sont trop courtes donc impossible de mettre les vis pour tenir le le plat du banc!! Ce qui le rend dangereux a l'usage puisque tout un coté n'est pas fixé!

Ca ne partait pas.bien ..mais solution trouvee
Étonné.. client strength shop.depuis plusieurs années.. je n avais jamais eu de problème. La sur la dernière commande: Livraison decallee d une journée Produit arrive non conforme. La patte du banc est soudée de travers. J ai aussitôt fait les photos et transmis a strengthshop.. J ai été contacté par yannic qui m.a propose une solution de remplacement de pièce. Nous avons trouvé un accord très rapidement.. Super réaction de leur part.. Encore une fois.. très pro.. Je les.recommande

I ordered gym flooring from The Strength Shop and, unfortunately, it didn't quite fit the space I had for my home gym. Sadly, I had to return it. The flooring itself is genuinely some of the best quality gym flooring I've come across — real top-end stuff. But what really impressed me was the customer service. We ran into some issues with FedEx around returning the product (weight-related complications), but The Strength Shoppe were patient, supportive, and stuck with me throughout the whole process. True to their word, they provided a full refund without any hassle. I'd order from this company again without hesitation — not just for the quality of their products, but for the outstanding customer service.

Edit 1 After writing this opinion they soon reached out to me and said that it is possible to exchange product with malfunction to at brand new one. Unfortunately i already fixed the belt myself so i wont be sending it back but trust me the belt is great and i really recomend getting one. Orginal: So i got my lifting belt from them and after 1 training session leather on the belt broke near logo stitches after contacting support they offered partial refund (10% of belts price) and said that this doesnt cover their refund policy but taking into consideration that the belt was brand new and broke after just one use i think that i should have beed able to at least get new product but like i said its only cosmetic and doesnt affect how belt works and so far it works amazing thats why i rate it 3 stars
