Ordered from them at the beginning of July, was told it should only take 5 days to be dispatched. 2 weeks later and they tell me their printer has over heated and waiting for parts, my order is going to be the next to be printed when they get their part, at this point was told 10 days. 10 days later and still hasn’t been dispatched. During this time I’ve sent multiple emails none of which have been replied to until I told them I was going to contact my bank to get a refund. All of a sudden I get a reply from the owner, no apologies, didn’t even address my name on the email and was very rude and blunt reply, 2 days later my parcel was dispatched! Finally after nearly 2 months of waiting I have my parcel. The whole process since purchasing has been awful, honestly if my partner didn’t want these items I never would have bothered ordering and honestly wished I read the reviews first!! Zero stars would have been given if there was an option!

Just as everyone else says
Just as everyone else says, they used the excuse of an overheated printer. I ordered the item on April 25th; it is now August 18th, and the order still hasn't arrived. I received a reply to exactly one email—where they mentioned the printer and said Royal Mail would pick up the package—but nothing came of it. Honestly, I’m not even surprised that the online shop is closing down.

Not what it used to be.
Well...what used to be a awesome Shop is now not so great anymore. Communication really isn't there at all. I almost thought I was scammed. Order eventually arrived after about 8 weeks. Quality of stickers isn't the worst I've seen, but its not even close to what they used to deliver 4 years ago when I last ordered. On the plus side: I got 1 scent more than i ordered, but I didn't get the ones i ordered....well they're still pretty decent, so thats okay. If only the Communication was better i would have given more stars and i might consider to order again...but the way i was handled this sadly won't happen.

Worst customer service ive seen , product quality dropped too
Waited weeks for my order , got told its because of the heat the machines over heated , "packing freebies " anyway i get told it'll be with me wednesday/thursday . Didnt come till saturday. The moment its shipped they cancelled part of my order for no reason and no wont reply as to why . They are arse at replying to emails, just want to know why i was refunded but i can order it again on the site ?

Rubbish quality
Order took over 6 weeks to arrive, no communication i had to basically hound them for any information. First the printers were too hot, then the sob story of going out of business. The Tshirt finally arrived and the quality is rubbish, honestly you deserve to go out of business.
