It's not doing well.
This game is fun but: They have been slowly eroding the players' base with microtransactions by lowering the value of the offers and not executing good collaborations. They keep adding too many skins. They don't care about their fans' feedback, and there are too many bots. The game is fun, but has been slowly dying since the end of last year (2024) I will give them credit for being halfway active with their updates, but the quality of them feels rushed and unfinished. They peaked in June 2022 to early 2023, but the updates seem like fillers and just overall not great. Also, since they added abilities, the players who had to pay money for certain emotes (renamed to abilities) lost their payment, essentially, since free players can get them for free now. Also, it used to be more fun since you could use taunt to stop yourself, and you could glitch maps, and overall would have more fun in the game.

Bannano account senza motivo e la loro assistenza clienti è pari a zero. Non spendeteci neanche un euro perchè dall'oggi al domani potrebbero chiudervi l'account.

Impossible de contacter le support, perte de toute ma progression !
Impossible de contacter le support ! Je souhaite changer mon adresse mail car je ne pourrais plus y accéder par la suite et il m'est impossible de contacter le support ni qui que ce soit, avec mon compte lié à Scopley. J'ai essayé de délier mon compte et le relier avec un nouveau créé mais ça me dit qu'il est déjà lié à un autre compte Scopley. Résultat, j'ai perdu toute ma progression et le pseudo que j'utilisais. Heureusement que je n'ai pas mis d'argent dedans.
