Returns shipped back to me after three months
Followed all instructions, paperwork and protocol to return two expensive coats. After three months they arrived back on my doorstep in the UK. Staff do not answer questions in emails and seem unable to back check orders to enable this not to happen again. Singularly unhelpful and insist the customer is wrong although I know I followed instructions correctly. Avoid especially if ordering from abroad. They show no good will when it is their error.

Careful with the online pictures
So I bought a raincoat that was marked final sale. The image on the webpage misrepresented the actual color of the garment (online it looked cream with a warm undertone but when I received it it was beige with a grey undertone). I contacted customer service and at first they just gave me a generic answer thanking me for telling them that their online pictures don't represent reality. That's it. No attempt at correcting their mistake. Had the color been represented accurately on the website I would have never bought that coat so I feel like I was cheated. I wrote them back with several pictures of said raincoat in different lighting and compared it to their online pictures in different monitors and with different light settings and they finally agreed to help me with a return. I am now waiting for instructions on how to return the item. The coat was beautiful, too bad it was not the color I expected, but I would consider buying from them again because the quality is there and in the end they came through and admitted that the pictures online did not look like the garment I received.

Ordered two raincoats
Ordered two raincoats, one wasn’t at the pickup, the second one had a wrong tracking number, it never arrived. Final conclusion: no help, it is the buyer‘s task to solve the problem, the worst experience ever, don‘t deal with them, you loose your money, no refund

Horrible quality
Worn my stutterheim anorak jacket like 5 times and already the coating comes off under arms and i get absolutely soaked. Not worth the money at all.
