Absolutely the worst shopping…
Absolutely the worst shopping experience I have ever had. This company is not reliable or trustworthy. I received a refund for a return, but the amount was incorrect because the company mixed up the two tops. I kept the cheaper one, but they deducted the price of the more expensive one, meaning I received less money than I should have. On top of that, I had to pay £15 myself to return the items because they do not provide or cover return postage. Despite the fact that I am clearly right and have explained the situation, they keep arguing with me via email instead of simply admitting their mistake and correcting the refund. The quality of the clothes was absolutely terrible. The items smelled bad, and one of the black dresses dyed my hands black. The quality, materials and overall workmanship were extremely poor, especially considering the prices they charge. For such poor-quality clothing, expensive returns and terrible customer service, I honestly cannot understand how they justify their prices. This is by far the worst website I have ever dealt with. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Very poor customer service indeed Returned my order, apparently didn't meet the 14 day refund deadline, left out of pocket , and no clothes either ! And apparently all my fault! So I was told multiple times AVOID BUYING ANYTHING

DO NOTT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! They are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Sent me worn untagged and marked tracksuit and I had to fight to get a refund. Bought jeans wore them once and they are ripped. Got in touch and keep getting sent an automated response. Absolute joke of a business. Should be ashamed of themselves

bubble faux coat in weiß
hab den bubble faux coat in weiß bestellt der artikel ist angekommen aber die qualität ist sehr schlecht der stoff ist an einem ellbogen gerissen und es gibt so kleine hacken als verschlüsse und mir sind 2 innerhalb einer woche kaputtgegangen
