Shamefully service
Shamefully service, I have ordered some products on the 7th of august, today it is the 30th of august and I have seen an email after all this time to tell me that some products are out of stock, really? Next week will be 1 month since I have ordered and still havent received the parcel, not sure if I will receive it this year or not. You guys need to look into the customer service and logistics as I will not be ordering from you ever again after all this.

Bonjour, 200€ de commande malgré tous mes mails RIEN donc j’ouvre un litige via Paypal en quelques minutes alors que je demande le remboursement complet, ils répondent disant que mon colis vient de quitter le dépôt, quelques jours après je reçois un e-mail d’une compagnie de livraison inexistante en France et ils osent dire que j’ai refusé la livraison alors que j’ai des caméras partout. La je porte plainte je JAMAIS je laisserai CETTE COMPAGNIE ME VOLER 200€ et ils vont perdre car toutes les preuves sont en ma faveur. DES VOLEURS !!! 59% de note 1 étoile FUYEZ SVP

Terrible experience – avoid this site!
I placed an order over two weeks ago and have received absolutely no updates. It turns out some of the items are out of stock, but the company never bothered to inform me. There is zero communication from their side. They offer no help to resolve the issue, they refuse to ship the remaining available items, and they haven't provided a refund. I highly advise shopping elsewhere.

Have seen stylevana lots and their products. I read the reviews and was put off. However I decided to buy 1 product. I ordered it on 14th August and it arrived 2 weeks later on 28 August. They replied all my communication very promptly. The product itself is amazing and from Korea. I would order again from them but I would plan it 2-3 weeks in advance and then just wait. Not everything can be instant and next day. They need to specify delivery times more clearly I think that would help with the reviews.

Total scam company.
Same as everyone. They say "We have filed a case with the courier" basically saying that the courier has it, but I contacted GOFO and they have not received any package from Stylvana. Total scam.
