Despite messaging this banks without…

Despite messaging this banks without offices about my situation,they still don’t care to respond to me. They held my money for absolutely no reasons for 6 days now,I have literally sent them more than what they’ve requested and still no response from them,I have to around to borrow money from a nehibour to go for my dialysis which I’ve explained to them,I can’t even buy food for the kids. Even when I explained to my nehibour about Suitme,he said they still held his money for over 2 years without no response from them so potentially i should just forget it because that’s what they do. This is just a notification to the general public to stay away from this banks. They have no feelings.

I have been using my suits me account…

I have been using my suits me account for a while! Never had any issues really and get a decent amount of money put into it a month. So yesterday I made a transfer of £3380 from MY revolut account to MY suits me account. Since then my suits me account has been suspended, I have no other money in my revolut account so I am now left with no money no access to money and we are on the second day. I have 4 children and I need milk nappies and to top up my gas meter! I can't get any of these because suits me has frozen my bank account with all my money, the £3380 hasn't even went into my suits me balance. I think it is disgraceful to leave a mother of 4 on this situation with no money and no acsess to my money. I've sent emails last one at after 6pm last night and still no response this morning at 10am

Thought these were gonna be the next…

Thought these were gonna be the next Monzo or revolut but there’s a reason most people still have never heard of them, and the reason is they’re rubbish and I doubt anyone is banking with them long term or as a main bank. They don’t bother paying the referral incentive they promise. If they did, half the country would have an account by now but no one is promoting them cause they dont pay. If they break your trust immediately after you sign up by not giving you the sign up bonus they promise who in their right mind would trust them with their finances! You’d have to be mad They also still charge for things like unpaid direct debits etc. didn’t even know banks still did that! Majority of reputable ones dont! Speaking to someone in support is almost impossible and even if you do, they’re pretty useless. If they sorted their referal payments out and got rid of the bonkers charges this banking app could really do well but no one is sticking with a bank that starts the relationship off with a lie about paying them a sign up incentive they never bother to pay
