Appalling booking
I booked online the night before, which said to not turn up unless you get a confirmation email. I received said confirmation email, which said: “ i am happy to confirm your appointment on August 12, 2026 at 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Please arrive 5 minutes before appointment time, and it is important that if you are going to be late or wish to cancel, then please call the shop and let us know, so we can manage my appointments properly. I look forward to seeing you. *********************DETAILS******************** ID: 1105, Status: confirmed” Plus a WhatsApp, plus a text which says: “Hi good morning. You have booked appointment at 1 pm an hour relaxing Swedish massage. Looking forward to seeing you! Best wishes sunflower and beauty 🌻” I therefore drive 25 minutes, turn up, pay for parking and arrive on time. After waiting 10 minutes on reception, a member of staff enters the room and says my booking was not confirmed and another client had been booked. The reason cited was that I hadn’t replied to the WhatsApp message. I ask you, dear reader, where I was informed that a reply was required. So, a waste of time. She did at least repay my parking.

What a lovely lady, highly skilled, a hidden gem on the South Coast
What a lovely lady. Skilled, professional, attentive, friendly, put me at ease straight away. Expert massage, just what I needed to ease stress, and wonderful facial - I was literally glowing afterwards. Felt like I was walking on air when I left. Just a few minutes away from the shopping centre and the sea, a hidden gem which deserves to be discovered! Thank you.

Excellent massage
I have been many times here for a deep tissue massage, which is always excellent and relives the stiffness in my neck and shoulders. The therapists are friendly, professional and extremely good. Very clean place and relaxing. I would definitely recommend

Exceptional massages
I have had two massages with this company........... When you arrive, there is a warm friendly reception and the therapist records any relevant medical problems that you may have. You then go into the massage room which is clean, warm and pleasantly aromatic. My first massage was a "deep tissue" which was designed to relieve aching or strained muscles. This involved firm, strong pressure, which was gradually increased, thereby avoiding any shock or jarring to my body. The pressure was introduced rather than forced and this resulted in a very pleasant experience which left me feeling invigorated and ten years younger. My second massage was "Hawian '', which involved a lot of oil and long sweeping strokes, very fluid and quite gentle. The effect was complete relaxation, cares and worries drifted away. I didn't walk away from this massage, I floated and the world seemed a happier place. I would stress that my modesty was maintained at all times and everything was carried out in a very professional manner. The masseuse was very kind and empathetic and these have been the best massages that I have ever received and I hope that I will receive many more. So,,, if you are in the East Sussex area and need a firm massage or just fancy some self indulgence I can heartily recommend that you visit Sunflower Beauty & Massage Ltd.
