The most inadequate response to my review. Quelle Surprise.
Following your response to my review on . Once again this illustrates the company's complete lack of continuity, understanding and communication. Your reply is not only inadequate, but fundamentally inaccurate. I did not — and I repeat, did not — return anything to your company. The reason is very simple: I never received anything from you in the first place. Any suggestion that I returned a product is therefore completely incorrect and demonstrates, once again, that the facts of my case have not been properly understood. What is particularly frustrating is that during the numerous exchanges I had with your customer service team, I received a succession of disconnected and often irrelevant responses from different representatives. At no stage was I informed that you do not deliver to France. This crucial piece of information was never communicated, despite the considerable amount of correspondence that took place. I ordered your cream specifically because I was seeking treatment for visible scars. This was not a casual purchase. I had genuine hopes that your product might help with a condition that has been a source of concern to me. Instead of receiving the product I ordered, I was subjected to weeks of confusion, contradictory information, and a customer service process that appeared incapable of addressing the actual issue. To make matters worse, I was offered a CHF 20 voucher as compensation in addition to a refund. As a customer in France, this was of no practical value to me and did nothing to resolve the problem I had originally raised. Not only did I fail to receive the product I ordered, but I was also forced to spend an unreasonable amount of time attempting to obtain accurate information and a meaningful response. Even now, your public reply fails to reflect the basic facts of what occurred. Based solely on my own experience, I have found your customer service to be among the most ineffective and frustrating I have ever encountered. The combination of inaccurate information, poor communication, failure to address the actual problem, and the apparent lack of understanding shown throughout this matter is incredible. I will continue to update my review to ensure that it accurately reflects both my experience and any further developments.

2e expérience négative, on ne dit jamais 2 sans 3, mais là vous ne m'y reprendrez plus. Je suis allée chercher les médicaments que mon médecin venait de me prescrire suite à un accident. Le pharmacien ( homme avec boucle d'oreilles) m'accueille, cette fois-ci il a accepté de me donner ma prescription, mais n'a pas accepté d'envoyer la facture à l'assurance. Je ne pouvais pas lui donner le numéro de sinistre, je ne l'avais pas reçu, car la déclaration n'était pas finalisé. Heureusement que j'avais de quoi payer sur moi, sinon j'étais partie pour souffrir encore un moment avant de pouvoir avoir mes antidouleurs.
