DONT BUY SKF !!!

I ordered a module after the owners assured me that it would work with my car. Unfortunately, after installing it, my entire car started showing multiple errors and developed serious problems. The owner is now refusing to refund my money. Be warned: do not buy this module for a Mercedes facelift model. I lost my vehicle’s warranty because of this module. Before purchasing it, the seller assured me that everything would be fine and that Mercedes would have no way of detecting the module. However, Mercedes detected it immediately. First, my car lit up with warning messages and errors, and afterwards Mercedes discovered that the module had been installed, which resulted in me losing my warranty. Based on my experience, I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT buy this module for any Mercedes manufactured after 2022. You will have problems with the car, and you also risk losing your manufacturer’s warranty. I was assured that the module was safe and undetectable, but that was not true in my case. Mercedes detected it immediately, and I ended up with serious errors and no warranty.

Die Firma hat das falsche Produkt geliefert, der Support ist lächerlich, zuerst per KI dann wird man angeblich weitergeleitet. Vorsicht ABZOCKE! 500€ weg plus die Arbeit am Fahrzeug. NIE WIEDER!!!! ACHTUNG!!!

Mileage Blocker for MB W206

I purchased the Mileage Blocker for Mercedes C-Class W206 in February 2026. The product was only installed in June 2026. Upon first activation, the entire hybrid system in our Plug-in Hybrid vehicle completely stopped functioning. This is a serious defect that makes the device unusable for its intended purpose. The product page explicitly states that the Mileage Blocker “works perfectly on […] Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs)”. This claim turned out to be false. While the site mentions possible “error messages”, a total hybrid shutdown goes far beyond that. After contacting support, they initially offered a 50% refund as a “goodwill gesture”, but only if the device is returned. They refuse a full refund or to let me keep the unit with a price reduction, despite the clear non-conformity. The device has not been in active use for months — it was installed and tested in June. According to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), which applies to this transaction, the goods must conform to the description (Art. 35). This is a fundamental breach that should entitle the buyer to proper remedies. Unfortunately, the seller has been unwilling to resolve the issue fairly. I strongly advise anyone with a hybrid or PHEV vehicle to avoid this product. The advertised compatibility is misleading, and the after-sales support is very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the device did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify several important points. First, the product page clearly states that this device may generate errors and warnings on certain vehicles. These limitations are mentioned multiple times in the product description because we are aware that this is a technically complex product and that some vehicle systems may react differently. While it is not practical to list every possible behavior for every vehicle configuration, the possibility of errors is disclosed before purchase. Second, our refund policy is clearly explained both on the product page and in our Terms & Conditions. The testing period begins when the product is delivered and lasts 30 days. In this case, the device was purchased in February but was not installed or tested until June, several months after delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the testing period based on when a customer decides to install the product. Additionally, our Terms & Conditions specify that any approved refund requires the product to be returned. This is standard practice and was also explained during our communication. Despite the purchase being well outside the testing period, we still offered a 50% refund as a goodwill gesture upon return of the unit. We respectfully disagree with the claim that the product's compatibility information is misleading. The device is used successfully by many customers, including owners of hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles. However, as stated in the product description, certain errors or system reactions may occur depending on the vehicle's specific configuration and software version. While we regret that we could not reach an outcome that satisfied you, we believe we acted fairly and in accordance with our published policies and the terms agreed to at the time of purchase.
