This is absolutely the worst site
This is absolutely the worst site to teach on I have found BY FAR. I have been teaching online for 10 years now and SuperProf is absolutely 100% worthless as an advertising platform for ESL teacher. PLUS they scam the hell out of students (hint: the first lesson is "free" when/if they sign up for a $45/Month subscription - charged the first month) - I can't believe they haven't been sued to oblivion over that alone. I was stupid and signed up for their "pro" account ($100 or so) and in a year i never once received a single paying student from their site. Not even one single time. Absolute trash as far as ESL teaching is concerned and the way they treat their customers, my students, is sickening and deplorable at best. Truly an incredibly awful website/service. Would highly recommend AGAINST for both students and teachers, what a scammy and dishonest money grab. Gross!

It is a scam
It is a scam. They ask for your credit card, which appears to be for paying the tutor, and then immediately charge you a $49 subscription fee. I checked my credit card account and saw the charge pending right away. I am also very disappointed with Google for promoting this service through sponsored links.

Paid $49 for nothing
Paid $49 for nothing. They specialize in wasting your time. I tried to buy a gift of lessons for my partner but this involved an endless back and forth with a teacher who FINALLY admitted she couldn't sell me these lessons and tried her very best to send me to another site. Yuck. THEN the site acted like they were going to refund my $49 membership fee, but that involved a big back and forth too until they finally told me no.

I have already written to you last…
I have already written to you last month to cancel my subscription, you also replied to confirm T o me that it will be suspended. Now I see a 3rd deduction today. I want my subscription cancelled immediately and $66 refunded immediately. I will sue you in court if you continue to deduct my money, and or, not refund my $66
