Dirty tricks to get you pay
I wrote to one professor and the site wrote to other professors under my name saying I was interested in taking their lessons. I didn't know so I wrote back telling them I couldn't because I don't live in their city, the site starts charging me the subscription which they had promised to give back to me once my application was dismissed. I sent the message telling them that I live in a certain city and immediately I received an email saying I have accepted taking classes with them! The professors who texted me thought I was the one who wrote them first. Update: He escrito varios emails ustedes y aún no me han respondido. Esta no una respuesta sincera sino automática para todas las quejas y al final no resuelven nada🤷♂️ Update 2: they finally sent me the refund so I am changing the review from 1 to 4 stars, but sincerely, be more transparent with your subscription policies. Why do something that you know we will complain about?

Cobro sorpresa de 29€ sin advertencia clara de suscripción mensual
Contacté a varios profesores de Pilates en la plataforma buscando información antes de decidir con quién tomar clases. Sin ninguna advertencia clara de que esto activaría una suscripción mensual recurrente, me cobraron 29€ a mi tarjeta con el concepto "Pase Alumno". En ningún momento del proceso se me explicó de forma explícita, antes de confirmar el contacto, que estaba aceptando un pago mensual automático. Ya cancelé la suscripción y envié un reclamo formal por correo solicitando el reembolso y el cierre de mi cuenta. Hasta el momento no he recibido respuesta, así que no sé todavía si me devolverán el dinero. Escribo esto para advertir a otros posibles usuarios: revisen bien antes de contactar a un profesor, porque el cobro llega sin previo aviso claro y de forma inmediata. Actualizaré esta reseña según cómo resuelvan mi caso. ----------------------------------------- Gracias por la respuesta. Para que quede constancia pública: no llegué a tomar ninguna clase con ningún profesor contactado a través de la plataforma. Según su propia política que acaban de confirmar aquí, esto califica para reembolso completo del Pase Alumno. Ya envié la solicitud formal a correo indicado detallando esto mismo. Quedo a la espera de la resolución y actualizaré esta reseña según el resultado.

I try to help them with their courses and subjects, but I believe the best thing they have is their desire to learn and prepare for their academic and professional careers
