Latch not working, leaking, unusable
I bought the super sparrow water bottle Jan 2026, only used it three or four dozen times. Like the shape and form. The pivot opening started getting stuck, the side button would not release or unlatch drinking spout. When the usual side handle would not open the spout I applied force to the spout to open it. Now that softer rubber alongside the spout is ruptured. Likely as a result of my effort to open the spout to drink the water. The bottle is unusable now because it leaks and spills as I try to drink from it. I am curious if that soft rubbery material is qualified to be in contact with the drinking water? I thought the bottle only contained harder plastic safe for drinking use? happy to provide order number and photos.

I bought a super sparrow branded water bottle off of Amazon. It says it was designed in "Balck Forest, Germany," not "the Black Forest, Germany," or "Schwarzwald, Deutschland," but "Balck Forest, Germany." Was this a counterfeit? It laka like crazy and I can't fill a complete 500mLs of fluid in this.

Love my water bottle
Love my water bottle, helps my drink more and keep it fresh. Great colours. Only downside it its a little heavy so just use in the home.

Completely incredibly
Completely incredibly, from there customer service to there products, I honestly believe you can't find a better company. We have a sizable collection from hot large flasks, mugs and cold ones. We recently forgot about a tea which we made in the hot flask, fast forward 14 hours and it was still hot. Don't bother with the rest, get the best.

Useless designs, bottles leak, false lifetime guarantee
Following on from review, our other sons Tritan bottle failed with same small cap seal falling off soaking his school bag.. Complained to Super sparrow under their Life time guarantee (bottle is 6 months old). No support, refused to send spares, useless company. Do not buy off this company
