Pains me to write this review as there…
Pains me to write this review as there food is the best meal prep I’ve had, having said that the service needs drastically improving I’ve had several Orders never turn up all though they have been sent eventually the latest order never turned up and despite serveral Attempts to contact them it seems I’m now being ignored, I’m starving I just want my food 🤷🏽♂️

UPDATE ON THE SERVICE: Delivery Service & Customer Care
UPDATE 25/05/2026: Following up on my previous comment, I received an email on May 20 apologising for the delay and offering to send a replacement item via next-day courier. They did exactly that, and I received my item as promised. I’ve updated my rating because this was my first experience with them, and I believe it’s fair to give them the benefit of the doubt despite the initial wait. ———————————————— Poor delivery service & unresponsive customer service…. I placed an order on May 6 with Supplement Hub UK and paid for the 2–3 business day Royal Mail delivery option. On May 7, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. However, when checking the Royal Mail tracking, it only says that the supplier has informed them about the shipment and that updates will follow once Royal Mail receives the parcel. It is now May 20 and there is still no delivery or proper tracking update. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. I have emailed them regarding the issue and received no response at all. I initially decided to try this website because the formulation of their women’s probiotics looked excellent, and I hoped to continue ordering from them if the products worked well. Unfortunately, this first experience has been extremely disappointing.

Terrible service. The goods i ordered arrived 2 weeks later. I contacted them several times and just recieved lies. About the status my order. It is really a pitty

Fehlerbehebung perfekt
durch einen Fehler in der Poststation wurde das Produkt (Wehle Collagen) zurückgeschickt an den Versender. Sofort folgte ein freundlicher Kommentar und das Versprechen das Paket nochmals zu senden. Topservice, hervorragender Kontakt.

They send you expired supplements
Just received a €100 jar of supplements that is expired. What a waste of time and resources. I would not trust them. So far received only an AI response. Let's see if they even care to reply.
