Great Customer Service
I made a purchase from the US. Checkout and payment were flawless. Once my package arrived in the US, it was held at Customs until the proper paperwork was produced by Supplement Hub. I emailed the company about the issue and their response was immediate both to myself and to Customs. My package then had to be reviewed and approved by Customs in order for it to continue to my house. I think all in all, because of this hold up, shipping was about 3 weeks. However I was in no rush and Supplement Hub was very helpful during this time.

A total nightmare
My initial thoughts were they were great, the ordering was easy and I placed and paid for my order. Then I was contacted by a courier company Velonix Logistics advising I needed to pay $205 delivery fee. This was never mentioned when I ordered and when I contacted the representative from SupplementHub he said if I wanted to get my order I needed to pay it, so stupidly I did. They then asked for proof of payment, which I provided, that wasn’t good enough, they wanted a video of my phone screen showing the bank transfer, I refused. They said the order will be on hold until I provide. The representative from Supplement Hub then became intimidating accusing me of being a scammer and making treats if I take any further action. So now I’ve paid for product and shipping and have nothing. I would never use this company again.

Insulting late delivery excuses
I'm located in Bruges, Belgium. As long as Supplementhub chooses Aramex+UPS for it's deliveries, I will never order anything there anymore. UPS is famous for coming up with fake excuses to delay the delivery. I have had the same problem with them both in Belgium and abroad. My parcel arrived rather quickly in Brussels, but then it took in total 10 days to reach its destination. They started by sending me every day for three days an email saying that the delivery was delayed to the following day. And then they said that my parcel was put on hold in their hub. The reason: my house number was not correct? Two days later they said it was because of a wrong address. Of course my address was perfect. I have read other customers with who voiced exactly the same complaint. Out of despair I changed the delivery address to a pick-up point and then some days later they delivered. I wrote two messages to Supplementhub about this, but they never replied.
