Never received the item
Already two weeks past, the item has never ever arrived. The carrier shows that they made the shipping order but didn’t hand in the item to them so it has not even started shipping, which is ridiculous since it’s not preordered item and they say it’s “fast shipping”, also I cannot reach anyone for help. Do not buy from the brand if you can.

OPINIÓN PARA MEJORA, ME ENCANTA LA MARCA!!
Ambas piezas del envío eran "talla única", y aunque sé que es complicado acertar con todos los cuerpos, creo que ambas tallas únicas se adecúan a cuerpos muy distintos. Como opinión personal, hubiera hecho la camiseta de "imagine me tanned" un poco más elástica. Los pantalones por ejemplo sí lo son. Por otro lado, quería remarcar varias opiniones que he recibido de mi alrededor, así como mía: Sobre las joyas de la marca, se deterioran muy rápido para el precio que tienen. Son muy bonitas, pero en periodo corto de tiempo se va el dorado y deja marcas en la piel.

Très déçue par la robe Maria commandée chez Susmie ´s. J’ai payé 96 € pour une robe qui ne vaut absolument pas ce prix. Elle est très différente des photos présentées sur le site : la coupe ne correspond pas, le tissu est de mauvaise qualité et les finitions sont médiocres, avec des coutures mal réalisées. En ouvrant le colis, la robe dégageait également une forte odeur chimique très désagréable, ce qui renforce l’impression de mauvaise qualité. Au vu de la qualité du produit reçu, tout donne l’impression qu’il s’agit de drop shipping : un article vendu à un prix très élevé alors que sa qualité est comparable à celle de produits beaucoup moins chers que l’on trouve sur des plateformes de vente en ligne. À 96 €, je m’attendais à une robe soignée et conforme aux photos. Au lieu de cela, j’ai reçu un produit qui fait très bas de gamme. Le rapport qualité-prix est inacceptable. Je ne recommande absolument pas la robe Maria ni cette marque. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne commanderai plus.

Confirmed refund reversed within 24 hours
Very disappointing experience. I bought a necklace here in May 2025 as a gift for my niece, within about 9 months of normal wear, the gold plating had almost completely worn off. When I contacted Susmies, they were initially helpful and confirmed in writing that they'd process a full refund. The next day, they reversed that decision, claiming a "180-day technical limitation" on their returns platform. That excuse doesn't hold up: under Spanish law (RDL 1/2007, implementing EU Directive 2019/771), consumer goods carry a 3-year statutory conformity guarantee. A third-party tool's 180-day cutoff has no bearing on that. More importantly, they'd already confirmed the refund in writing and then went back on it. Disappointing both in product quality and in how a confirmed commitment was handled.

I live in Portugal and want to return a…
I live in Portugal and want to return a top, however i gave up because they will charge me 15 euros to return a product,so i would only receive 25 euros (i paid 45 total with shipping). Portugal and Spain are literally beside each other on the map, there’s packages coming back and forth everyday from these countries. So it makes no sense to charge 15 euros to return it and charge less for more distant countries. Besides all that, the quality is really low. Shein level for 40 euros is absurd.
