Order never shipped
Order never shipped; no reply to emails. I cancelled the order after almost 3 weeks of waiting. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order

I have ordered about 236 euros product…
I have ordered about 236 euros product and they said they have UK warehouse and believe me they have shipped from India. I paid 150 euros for custom. Guys you should have idea about custom clearance. And there was so many things missing and whicj about 100 euros and i have asked them so they replied and said that will be dispatched from their uk ware house since 2 months i have been waiting and sudden they said do not worry your order has shipped when i asked tracking if and they informed me they could generate automatically hence manually theys end i mean are we fool or what ,manually if you send by courier don't you get the Tracking ID. Seriojs fraud company and have nothing in UK and cheaters. Worst company never ever shop anything at all.

Do not go anywhere near this company
Do not go anywhere near this company. I ordered two items and only one arrived after six weeks. The books was damaged and it looked like it had been though a flood. Torn and broken. Some of the items listed in the contents were missing. Unusable. Asked for a refund but have been ignored. Con artists

The service provided by this company is disappointing. In my case, I placed an order 10 days ago; I tried contacting them by phone—but the line doesn't work—and by email, yet it took them ten days just to say they didn't have the product. All in all, terrible customer service and abysmal handling of orders. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

Very disappointed with this company’s…
Very disappointed with this company’s service. Half of my order never arrived, and despite contacting them multiple times, I have neither received the missing items nor a refund. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from this website as customer service has been very poor and the issue remains unresolved.
