Excellent quality product
Excellent quality product. Extremely shiny when straight out of the box. Even more attractive now that the shine has dulled a tiny bit. Very accurate timepiece. Looks like it should be 20x the price paid! (Complexity automatic in rose gold).

Update; I have contacted to the Swan & Edgar customer service and once they resolve I will update the information here!!!! This is my second watch from Swan & Edgar, and while the delivery was impressively quick, I have to say I was quite disappointed with the presentation this time. The packaging was extremely poor and lacked the level of care I would expect when purchasing a watch. Unfortunately, the way it was packed gave me the impression that it may have been a returned item that had simply been repackaged and sent out again without much attention. Having purchased from Sean & Edgar before, I was genuinely looking forward to receiving my second watch, which made the experience particularly disappointing. The watch itself may be lovely, but presentation and attention to detail are also an important part of the experience, especially with a product like this. I hope Sean & Edgar will take this feedback constructively and improve their quality control and packaging, because the quick delivery shows they can provide good service, but considerably more care is needed in how the product reaches the customer.

Diplomat - The Perfect Birthday Gift.
This was my third purchase from Swan & Edgar. having already purchased a Complexity for myself and a Diplomat for my Grandson, I decided that another Diplomat would be an excellent and very Elegant gift for my Son's Birthday & Retirement. The watch is beautiful and, having ordered a presentation box for it, made the perfect gift on the day. All my purchases from Swan & Edgar have been excellent quality, beautifully made and very reliable. These watches are very good value and the service is first class.
