Shame on you!!!
I placed my first order at Swanson, the order came quick and no problems. BUT in my parcel they had send me a big PLASTIC cup, with PLASTIC lid and a PLASTIC straw, containing a silly sample of some electrolute powder, in which I have zero interest. I mean.... this planet is struggling with plastic pollution and WHY do you think I want a plastic cup with your logo??? Shame on you!!!

Absolutely non existent communication…
Absolutely non existent communication from Swanson regarding my order, tried both emailing & phone calls their headquarters in the EU, to complain that I didn’t receive my (€95) order. Requested a refund but got no response, so I had to go through my bank and request a chargeback! If I could give them a -star rating I would, so buyer beware, dreadful company to deal with!

I would give zero stars if possible. ordered and paid for my parcel a month ago. And it was supposed to be delivered but never came. DHL already admitted their driver made a massive error and the responsabilty is Swanson. Yet Swanson keep stalling and stalling and stalling coming with excuses this and that, when I already had the evidence of foul play from two phonecalls. The information got to Swanson a week after the original order and I still have not received the item nor the refund. This is a clear breach of contract when all it could be done in a few phonecalls... And it won't come this week either. Its below all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY. If they had any other go-between as in for example PayPal, they'd not be functioning as PayPal would immediately have given the refund beca the seller is responsible until delivery is made at the right place åka, not cheated and stolen or whatever. I still don't have my order. If the police in burgaria was any trustworthy this would be reported.

Where is my order paid for already
I placed an order at the beginning of November 2020. Had a confirmation my order was despatched. Emailed several times since with no respond. Going on almost 5 months soon still no respond to my emails and still waiting for delivery I certainly will not be ordering ever again.
