Swanson Has Very Long and Unreliable Shipping Times
I've been using Swanson for decades. Lately, their shipping times have gotten really long and delivery estimates are unreliable. They ship with FedEx, but the shipment never arrives on the date predicted which is usually 5 to 6 days after the order has been shipped. It usually takes 1 to 3 extra days to arrive. It didn't used to be this way, but Swanson has evidently decided to use the cheapest possible way to ship to its customers. Other companies, like Life Extension and Amazon do much better in this regard. I've been using Swanson's subscription service, but the shipping times seem even slower than before I did this. Since you can get almost everything Swanson sells somewhere else with similar savings and faster delivery, you might want to think twice before ordering from Swanson in the future.

I have used Swanson for years
I have used Swanson for years. Recently purchased melatonin 3mg I usually get the 1mg but the 3mg were bit cheaper. Swanson's own brand. The new ones are useless, no help at all after 7 days. I had a few 1mg ones and took one Sunday night and slept my usual 8 hours. I emailed 2 days ago and no response, not even a generic reply to say they will get back to me. First time I have had a problem and been ignored. So much competition that they really should reply to customer service emails. I have had excellent service from other companies so I will order with them. I don't expect special treatment but I do expect customer service.

Swanson Change is a FAIL
Swanson must have been purchased by someone called iHerb recently. They shipped my package via UniUni (never heard of them, this is in the USA) - they CLAIMED to have made a delivery attempt last night (after 10PM, while I was in my front room watching the news). No knock, no doorbell, no package (like I would answer the door at that hour anyway!). Now they want to "re-schedule delivery". I'm sorry, this whole order is a FAIL... I'm not going to sit around waiting for their delivery... If I wait until their NEXT delivery attempt fails (it will, since I can't answer a non-doorknock or non-doorbell ring, even if I'm home), then I'll have to wait 30 days before I can ASK them to just leave it on my doorstep (per their "AI Chatbox"). I'm sorry Swanson - my next order will be from someone on Amazon.com. At least they know how to deliver stuff. Followup: package was delivered on my doorstep (again no ring or knock) the following day without explanation (or signature).
