Unfortunately after floating around…
Unfortunately after floating around Europe for a week they finally were able to get on the flight to the US where I live and now they're lost here. I do not like the shipping I am not sure about the actual hair product that I will find out and I will get back with more review. Don't trust FedEx they can't handle nothing.

I’ve been using sway hair extensions for the past 3 years and I’m OBSESSED!! I’ve had nanos and tapes in various colours and the quality is ALWAYS incredible. As a woman with thin hair it’s been a huge insecurity and sway have built me back up to loving my hair. I’ve reused packs several times thanks to the sway hydration shampoo and conditioner - this really looks after your hair extensions. The paying options are also a winner with klana or clear pay available. The hair brush is excellent quality too! If there is any issue with your order…like when I’ve ordered the wrong length - Jasmine is your woman to forgive and fix the mistake, with next day delivery! I have zero negative feedback back with sway! Ps the Auburn colour is LIFE changing and I’ve never felt more beautiful!

Fabulous customer service.
I’ve ordered many times from Sway. Always perfect every time. Today I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address on a large order & panicked thinking I would have to place a whole new order. Alicia answered the phone immediately and the whole issue was fully amended within two minutes - I could not be more grateful for this, as with other companies this wouldn’t have been rectified so quickly. Thank you!!💕💕
