I bought the 3 month vpn for pc and when o tried to activate it on the installation it said that it was only for controller users but I know i bought the pc one, it was order #38718. I want my refund

It's a scam site
It's a scam site, I was buying a product on Facebook and my bank blocked the transaction. I thought that was that until I looked at my bank 3 days later and £41.82 had been taken by sweatvpn, the bank said they had signed me up for a subscription.

Don’t Be Misled By The Loud Minority
I don’t usually read or write reviews, especially on sites like this, because I’ve come to realize they rarely reflect the full picture. Most people only take the time to leave a review when they’re upset, which creates a very skewed impression of a service. That’s exactly what I’m seeing here with SweatVPN. What pushed me to speak up was reading negative reviews from people I’ve personally seen in the server acting rude, entitled, or flat-out disrespectful toward the staff. Unfortunately, that kind of behavior is somewhat expected in the gaming space, especially when the service operates largely through Discord. Which if we’re being honest, isn’t really known for attracting mature and reasonable people. Personally, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with SweatVPN. The service has been consistent and reliable, and whenever I’ve had an issue, support was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. I approach them with basic respect and understanding, and that’s always been reciprocated. If you’re reading this, know that there’s a large group of us who’ve been using SweatVPN for years without any issue. We just don’t usually show up in review sections to say so. But maybe we should start.

⚠️ (scam be careful) be very careful with these people because they scam you, it happened to me and several friends, we purchased several of their products and so many things came up, it bothers them to give you support if you ask a question on their discord server they delete the messages, it happened to me and several friends, after paying for a service they kicked us off the server, after they had our money and that is called a scam the worst of all is this guy called hazy inside the support is a disgusting person he came to eliminate me and several friends just for asking a question, and for telling him that we are paying our money, they eliminated us from the discord and stole our money they are scammers, you send a message to their email and nobody responds, the positive reviews here are only the same people in their circle that if they give them a few more days they give a positive feed, but everyone who knows about these people knows that they are scams, this guy called hazy who is disgusting operates this takes you off the server after you paid your money, they copy Other products from other Discords, and they say they're theirs just to scam them. It's only 40-60, which is fine, but for someone who works hard to get that, it's not very nice to have your money stolen. Just be careful ⚠️ with this scam, and above all, beware of this idiot named Hazy. He pretends to be someone else, but he's the one operating the scam with the owner of the Discord server. Karma will fall on them for being scammers.

My review is negative simply because these people have a horrible customer service. The owner of the VPN is a person who has respect but his administrators are trash they are rude, they delete the full messages idiots, and not to mention this guy called hazy be careful with that guy is a rude garbage with a woman complex who is offended by everything.
