Lovely little hotel in wonderful…
Lovely little hotel in wonderful location, closest to Place de la Bastille. Clean,allnew, smart and with a good dose of kindness from the staff. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect from the booking to the process of being followed all the way through the self check-in via mail. Lixurious apartment in the very center of Milan with alla amenities a few steps from most interesting areas of town!

Sweett Rented Us a Drug Den
Sweett rented to us a property in Paris called BONNE NOUVELLE. They now know that this block and building is infested with drug addicts, most likely because the dealer lives there. The addicts sit on the narrow front steps of the building, day and night, such that it is difficult and dangerous to get into the building. When I asked an addict cooking drugs on the step to leave because my children had called me to say they could not get into the building, this addict punched me. Sweett has no staff and no office in Paris to help - so, you can not call them in a crisis. They texted me to suggest I ring the police; they now know that most foreign cell phones can't make 2-digit calls (police no. in France is 17). At the same time we complained that one of the bathrooms was incorrectly connected to the sewage pipes of the building which filled the apartment with septic smells; and that we were given 1 physical apartment key for 8 adults (4-bedroom flat), which meant we could not separately go out at night. Sweett has NOT removed this property listing, which strongly suggests to me that this is not the only disastrous property in their portfolio. It was a frightening and horrible experience- avoid at all cost.

Очень уютные, современные и чистые апартаменты, высокие потолки! Внутри есть все необходимое! Даже индивидуальные боксы с маслом, сахаром и солью. Расположение прекрасное, рядом много магазинов и кафе, до центра близко! Персонал всегда на связи и готов помочь!
