I purchased a Swifty scooter for my son, and we’re both really happy with it! The quality is top-notch, sturdy, and perfect for trail rides. The design gets a lot of compliments and even suits different heights in our family. Customer service has been excellent, always helpful and responsive, which gave me confidence in my purchase. The ride is smooth and fun, making it a great alternative to a bike. My only small gripe was a delay in dispatch, but overall, this hasn’t overshadowed the fantastic experience. Highly recommend Swifty Scooters for anyone looking for high-quality scooters with great service. Four stars!

Amazing experience with these gays
Amazing experience with these gays . They repaired my son’s scooter and he is so happy with it . We had so many problems with brakes with this scoffer . We went to the original shop where we bought it and we had the worst experience . They stolen a lot of money from us and the scooter still had problems . These guys fixed it at a very affordable price and did an amazing job ! Thanks a lot Swift ! We’ll be back and recommend your shop to all out friends!

Fantastic scooter!
I purchased a green Swifty Air for my son and he couldn’t be happier! He says it’s WAY more fun than a bike and he feels that he has way more control over it than a bike which is important to me as he is a learning disabled adult with various special needs one of which is dyspraxia. The scooter seems high quality, very sturdy and looks fantastic, its perfect for riding the trail that runs through our village and people keep asking me questions about it so I wouldn’t be surprised to see other Swiftys around here soon! My son is 5”9 and the handlebars are just the right height although all family members have had a little go and we all found it great despite our heights ranging from 5” to 6”. I also bought the stand which attaches to the back wheel and I’m glad I did as my son can stop for a drink without having to hold the scooter up or lay it down. The scooter was easy to assemble (my husband reports) with clear instructions and all tools needed were supplied. I’m very very happy with our purchase from Swifty but removed a star because of the dispatch time, I paid on Bank holiday Monday and it wasn’t dispatched until the Friday so then arrived the following Monday. Not really a problem but I assumed it would be with us that week as it was in stock and the information on the website said dispatched same or next day, anyway just a small niggle and the scooter was definitely worth waiting for as my son says it’s the best thing he’s ever had!

A Happy Customer
Customer service was really good. Out of stock accessory was quickly replaced with an upgraded one with no additional cost. When I was having some problem installing the front mudguard for the SwiftyOne MK4, I contacted them and they replied quickly and helped me to solve the issue. Regarding the product itself, the SwiftyOne MK4 look and feel amazing! I even received a compliment from a stranger the first day I was riding it. I also find it reassuring that spares parts are available for purchases and I can do maintenance and repair myself. Great product and great services 👍.

Wonderful customer service
Such a lovely warm and friendly company. We ordered a scooter and a member of the team rang my husband and was great on the phone. So passionate about what they do and I’m so excited for our scooter to arrive. Great customer care which is so unusual these days. Thank you ☺️
