Amazing customer service and a fantastic product. I placed an order for delivery to Dubai back in June, but unfortunately the third-party courier experienced unexpected delays without providing any explanation to either me or the Swish team. Rather than simply blaming the courier, the Swish team kept in regular contact with them, proactively chased updates, and kept me informed whenever they had new information. When it became clear the courier couldn't provide a satisfactory resolution, Swish went above and beyond by arranging for my order to be delivered to a UK address while I was travelling there. Everything has now been resolved, and I'm really impressed with both the quality of the product and the outstanding customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again and will definitely be recommending Swish to others.

A good company to order from. I received an immediate, helpful reply to an email enquiry. The items were out of stock so I pre-ordered on March 21st. To my surprise, the order was delivered on April 22nd, plenty of delivery updates until then.

Love the Swish golf ball cleaner
Love the Swish golf ball cleaner! Nice and compact, does a great job at cleaning whilst out on the course or even after a round. I bought it for my son who is a junior golfer and its really simple and easy for him to use too.

My golf game is a mess, but at least my ball isn't. "The Swish does exactly what it’s supposed to, but it’s the quality and design that really set it apart. It’s simple, lightweight, and incredibly efficient. I’ve been a fan since the original larger version was released, so I couldn't wait to get my hands on the new, compact model. The improvements are spot on—it’s smaller and more portable without losing any of that cleaning power. If you’re serious about keeping your ball pristine on the course, don't bother with the cheap alternatives. This is the gold standard."

I had a great experience with Swish…
I had a great experience with Swish Golf. Their customer service really stands out compared to a lot of other retail brands — they were helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with. The product itself works really well and also looks great on my golf bag, which is a nice bonus. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase and the service I received. Looking forward to seeing what Swish Golf brings out next.
