No customer service
Pretty awful. Bought two of these and have tried to set up but one of them is stuck in a mode that it can't get out of. Tried everything suggested online to reset it but doesn't work. Customer support nowhere to be seen - online chat closed, no response to emails and phone number doesn't work. Want to return my items but can't get through to anyone.

Outdoor thermometer
Bought the outdoor thermometer and hydrometer to try out. Seems like a accurate enough product so far. Has logging and the app has sufficient features. Happy with product.

Reliable smart home product
The battery life has been incredible compared to my previous smart lock. With my old lock, the rechargeable battery pack would last only around four days, which became a major concern. I was actually locked out one midnight after stepping outside just to throw away the rubbish because the lock had run out of battery. I ended up paying a huge amount for a locksmith to get me back in. After that experience, I actively started looking for a more reliable alternative, which eventually led me to SwitchBot Lock Ultra. So far, the battery performance has been a huge improvement and gives me much greater peace of mind.

Nice product and app
I bought the SwitchBot Bot to use with Homey Pro, and setup was very easy. Adding the device to my Homey device list took no time at all. Since it uses Bluetooth, I could manage it from both the Homey app and the SwitchBot app, using guest mode. This let me configure options like how long the button press should last. The explanations for each setting were clear and easy to follow. The SwitchBot app itself is smooth and pleasant to use. I like that you can manage the device without creating an account, but I also tried it with an account set up, and that worked just as fluidly. My only complaint is latency. When triggering the switch through an automation, turning it on is sometimes noticeably slower than with a Zigbee device. A Zigbee version of the Bot would be a great addition, since it would likely cut that delay significantly.

The S10 all in one robot/Meters
S10 All-in-One Robot: I’ve experienced multiple hardware issues since purchasing the S10 in February. Over the course of several months, the water filling station, the vacuum docking station, and the S10 itself (repaired/replaced twice) all required replacement. The only reason I’m taking the time to share this feedback is because of the exceptional customer service I received. A huge shout-out to Connor—he was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire troubleshooting process. That said, as a customer, I’d love to know what steps SwitchBot is taking to improve quality control across design, manufacturing, and delivery. Outdoor Meters: I own four outdoor meters, and they’ve been working great continuously since purchase. Aside from occasional Bluetooth drops when near the range limit or experiencing interference, I haven't run into any major issues. Feature Request: It would be awesome if SwitchBot offered a Bluetooth repeater or range extender to help boost coverage for outdoor devices.
