They are predatory, it will take 100 times longer to cancel than setup.
Updating 8-27-26: Swyft Filings continues to harass me and tell me that they cannot cancel my service. They are unquestionably wrong, citing law that doesn't exist, this is from them. "We can only cancel your subscription once the state has officially removed us as your Registered Agent". Here's what I've sent or told them this multiple times, "Your claim that you cannot cancel my subscription or resign as registered agent is legally inaccurate under Florida law. Statutory Right to Resign: Under Florida Statute § 605.0115 (Resignation of registered agent), a registered agent has the explicit statutory right to resign at any time by filing a Statement of Resignation with the Florida Department of State (Division of Corporations). Stating that you "cannot resign" is contrary to Florida law. Revocation of Authorization: As an authorized representative ofxyz LLC, I have unequivocally revoked your authorization to act as registered agent and cancelled all associated recurring services. You do not have authorization to maintain an active paid subscription against my explicit instructions. Administrative Dissolution: xyz LLC was administratively dissolved on September 00, 2025, pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 605.0714, is legally inactive, and will not be reinstated. Unauthorized Recurring Billing: Continuing to bill a card on file after a customer has explicitly revoked authorization and requested cancellation violates the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA, Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.) and federal regulations governing unauthorized recurring transactions". It's ridiculous that I'm continuing to deal with this issue." Original Post: I paid them to set up my corporation and also opted for their Registered Agent service. The corporation has been administratively dissolved and no longer exists. They refuse to cancel the registered agent service and instead want me to pay them to have the corporation reinstated and the registered agent changed. After that they will stop billing me. I spoke with the State of Florida, they were very clear that I am being misled and that nothing needs to be done. I validated that through my attorney. They are predatory, they will say anything to keep you on the hook, think of the gym membership you had to "cancel in person" although you moved and now live out of state. There are a ton of other options, I encourage you to go with anybody other than these predatory organization.
