Extrem leistungsfähig & Support auf Top-Niveau
Wir nutzen SyncSpider zur Integration unseres Produktdaten-Workflows zwischen ITscope, DataHub, Shopify, PriceShape und weiteren Systemen – und sind absolut begeistert. Die Plattform ist technisch extrem flexibel und bietet Möglichkeiten, die wir bei anderen Tools vergeblich gesucht haben. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den persönlichen und kompetenten Support: Auch bei komplexeren Aufgaben (z. B. Metafeld-Synchronisation mit Shopify oder CSV-Feeds für PriceShape) war das SyncSpider-Team sofort zur Stelle – schnell, lösungsorientiert und ehrlich. Die Möglichkeit, REST- und GraphQL-basierte Aufgaben zu kombinieren, sowie die granulare Steuerung von Mappings und Transformationen, machen SyncSpider zu einem echten Integrations-Kraftpaket. Wir setzen SyncSpider inzwischen als zentrales Bindeglied in unserer Systemlandschaft ein – und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Extremely helpful and supportive
After spending some time trying to find a solution to improve our sellers product management experience, I came across Sync Spider. I have to say, the whole team has been extremely helpful, not only has this given me the opportunity to offer a USP for my small business but the support I've received has been second to none.
