It deserves 0. We set up all our campaigns, we spent quite some time on conversion tracking (set up in GTM) and when adding our card, our account is fully blocked without any explanation. We are a EU registered company, we work with multiple adnetworks including Google Ads, Meta, MicrosoftAds... and you're the only place where we have an issue with billing. It's likely a false positive of course but impossible to contact you... simply absurd !

They suck
They suck. I opened an account. I needed local only advertising. The setup said it would localize my advertising after i completed the setup. So I followed the directions. When I was finished it didnt do the local settings. It set me up for all of the us. I sent in a support request. Told them I need local only advertising not national. I said I dont have time to learn your system and redo my entire campaign to get local ads only. I asked them to resolve for me as they are charging 50 per day to do this. I got 3 emails and the last one said they were deactivating my account. So I figure they dont want to do any real work just adomate things only etc. Anyway id stay away. They have an awful amount of bad review already.

Disgusting company
Disgusting company. I have been trying to contact them for six months trying to get the funeral and life insurance ads taken off my yahoo account which I find distressing. They just ignore me. Cold-hearted, icky people. Then they send an online form which doesn't work and they hope you give up.

A platform that opened the world to my business
Working with Taboola has been an excellent experience. The platform is incredibly intuitive — even the more technical setups, like pixel, events, and conversions, are well organized and easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. What surprised me the most was the support. The chat support is fast and actually solves things: I've been helped by people who got straight to the point and even escalated my issue internally when I needed it. And the staff are accessible by email in a way I don't see on other platforms — you can tell there are real people on the other side, willing to help. But the biggest game-changer for me is being able to run global campaigns on the best premium publishers in the world. Reaching audiences across different countries, on top-quality inventory, is something that simply has no equal. It opened up possibilities I hadn't even imagined for my project. I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who takes paid traffic seriously.

I would give you 0. This is absolutely inacceptable. Your dating sites ads are abusive intrusive and disturbing. This is close to harrassment. I'm GAY. I have 3 kids. You say you're targeting? You are not targeting anything. You throw shit on everyone
